  1. CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

At checkout, order confirmation details will appear, detailing the quantity, price, delivery options, and delivery charges accordingly. Once you check out, you will be delivered an automated email re-stating all the details of your order purchased at Tosha Official

  1. CHANGE OR CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Once the order is placed, it will be processed for delivery immediately. The order can be canceled and or changed after it is confirmed and processed to the warehouse for logistics. However, when the order is ready to be shipped, it is not possible to make any more changes to it.

  1. ORDER TRACKING

After the email whereby the order is confirmed, you will receive another email notifying you of the details of your purchased product(s), confirmation ID, Tracking Reference Number (TRN), and tracking referencing link.

  • The tracking reference link will direct you to the courier’s website where you can locate your order and see the progress of your delivery by entering the TRN.
  • TRN can also be found in your order history.
  • We reserve the right to refund after the deduction of the shipping charges or the delivery or re-delivery charges.
  1. ORDER DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time of your order varies depending on the delivery option chosen by you at the time of checkout. But Our Standard Delivery Time is 4 to 5 working days. 

  1. DELIVERY OPTIONS

Cash on delivery is available for the residents of Pakistan.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Express Delivery allows the residents of Pakistan to receive their purchased article within 1 working day.

TIME OF DELIVERY

Products will be delivered from Saturday to Thursday between local timing 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

  1. DELIVERY PROCESS

After the placement of the order, our customer service will get in touch with you. As soon as the order gets confirmed and mandatory checks such as address verification, and availability of items are done, we will dispatch the order at your cited delivery place across Pakistan within the time frame of the delivery option chosen by you.

In some cases, it may take 1-3 working days. It is pertinent to note that bad weather or strategic conditions or additional checks on payment and address details may delay your order for two or more days and you will be notified within 48 hours of the placement of the order.

  1. DELIVERY CHARGES

Depends upon the delivery option chosen by you.

The delivery costs are shown along with the purchased product prices at the time of checkout. Delivery costs differ among locations and vary in accordance with the size and weight of the product purchased.
